ABOUT

Welcome! My name is Natalie, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with well over 200 hours of education & trainings in yoga & physical therapy. 

I teach a variety of different classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Pilates, and yin/restore. No class is the same.
My intention is to connect people to one another, themselves, and Mother Nature through the healing art of yoga, meditation & pranayama.

Enjoy the outdoors in a whole new way, 

we will hike & lay our mats under the majestic

 Redwood trees or on one of pristine beaches. 

Tours last about 2 hours  & happen on a seasonal basis.

Rent a board and wetsuit from our local shop & learn to surf with me! Yoga before our session helps to warm up & pop up. 

Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance. 


Price of tours varies on # of people.
